For those who are above the quota limit, when the listed grace period will end,
no further I/O operation will be possible on that area, consequently even login will be impossible.

Please check your quota limit on /home issuing the following command

lfs   quota  -u   your_username   /home

and please move/delete your files on your /work area, until your home occupation will be below the quota limit again.
